Boxfund is a family office of Roger Wade with a clear focus: UK consumer brands that are built to last and built for good.

We invest our own capital — which means no fund clock, no external LPs, no pressure to exit before the time is right. Just patient, purposeful investment in founders we believe in.

We back brands at the intersection of commercial ambition and genuine impact. The kind of businesses that prove profit and purpose don't have to be in conflict — they can be the same thing.

What we don't do

We're not a traditional VC. We don't manage external capital, we don't work to a fund cycle, and we're not hunting for quick exits.

We move when we believe in a founder and their brand. And when we invest, we're in it for the long term.

How we work

We keep things simple. If we're interested, we'll have a conversation — no pitch decks required. We'll be direct with you, and we ask the same in return.

Once we invest, we bring more than capital. Our Investment Manager, works closely with portfolio founders on strategy, positioning, and growth.

We're hands-on when you want us to be, and out of the way when you don't.
