BoxPark was founded by our Chairman, Roger Wade, as a pioneering event and hospitality concept. What began with a single site in Shoreditch expanded to six locations nationwide, establishing BoxPark as one of Britain’s fastest-growing leisure and hospitality businesses.

In 2022, Roger successfully completed a majority sale to Lloyds Development Capital (LDC), while retaining the position of second-largest shareholder and continuing to serve on the main board.
